I'm not a fan of Kobe either but still 81 points is incredible. Even more so considering he only had 20 some points at half time.

81 is nice but when you take 46 shots and shoot 20 free throws, you'd better get at least 60.

I consider Kobe to be the perfect example as to why heckling is a legitimate pasttime....
Last night was the greatest individual achievement in an individual regular season game though.
Wilt scored his 100 on 36 for 63 FG attempts with the majority being gimmes. Kobe was 28 for 46 with few shots from within 5 feet.

Wilt scoring 100 is definately impressive but that was in the 60's before they had the 3 second rule. He just camped out in the lane and scored at will. I think Kobe had to work harder for this 81.

You know what sucks is I went to lakers game with my brother and kobe elbowed someone in the face the game before or something and didnt even get to play. Thats the whole reason my bro wanted to go and why we drove like 270 miles to get there.
