Okay so the whole thing is pretty messed up but I was reading an article about it earlier and couldn't help but laugh at this:

I think that's something I really find awkward about news stories nowadays, how they try to include the online community's input. Like when something is done online and a story covering this says, "wow, I can't believe blah blah blah" was the reaction of IheartCatsPlus.
