Post subject: Just remembered this really funny story!

OK, here's a story that is really funny, I hope it makes you laugh in mockery of my utter stupidity!
As you know, I've been playing poker for a few years, I used to play at school years ago with tiny little tiddlywink sized chips.
Anyway, one night, I must've been about 13, I was sitting at my computer desk doing some homework, the tiddlywink chips were all stacked up in neat piles, except for one spare chip which was never used. I used to, out of habit, pick up this chip and fiddle with it while I was researching on my PC.
Now there was one night (and I swear, I didn't even realise I was doing this at the time!), when I was sitting at my computer, playing with this chip, and for some reason, sometimes I put it partially up my nose and took it out again, I don't know why, I was 13 OK!
Now on this night, I put this chip up my nose, and when i couldn't grab hold of the edge of it to get it back out, I was horrified! I kept trying to grab this chip and pull it out my right nostril for about 5 minutes. In the end, I had pushed this chip right up to the top of my nose, so I couldn't get to it at all!
Now I was thinking 'oh crap, its gone midnight now, how am I supposed to go downstairs and tell my parents that I need to go to the hospital because there's a poker chip up my nose?!'. Frantically, I rushed out my room and into the bathroom, and carry on trying to reach this chip. I tried tweezers and it didn't work. I tried blowing it out through my nose, didn't work. Now I'm thinking 'holy crap this thing's gonna come out my eyeball soon!'.
So I got some toilet tissue off the roll, pushed the other nostril in, and gave an almighty blow, and this poker chip comes out my nose and flies across the room!
Jubilant, I quietly unlocked the bathroom door, and wandered back into my bedroom, as if nothing had happened at all!
How many of you have had a poker chip stuck in your nose before? It's one funny feeling!

Oh man thats great. I've never really put any objects up my nose that I can remember but my moms best friends son put a peanut up his nose once and he actually did have to go to the hospital cause it was up so far they couldnt get back out for anything.

i'm sure glad you emailed me the other night when it happened, and the blowing trick worked.
ummm, i mean good thing you figured out a way to get the chip out when you were 23, errrrr, i mean 13.

Hilarious story
Never in my life has something been up my nose, but I once had a small leaf inside my eye, like inside the eye lid, and I also had a piece up paper deep inside my ear (was 5 and was trying to emulate that amgic trick were they put something in one ear and take it out from the other one) lol......thanks for the story man

You never said that you picked up the chip or put it back? It may still be in your parents bathroom.You should get that back or you'll have a incomplete set of retro poker chips for sale on ebay. Not worth nearly as much.
