If you didnt buy them for her shes probably a disgusting filthy diseased slut, and even if you did shes still probably one. Ive never felt one, but they dont look like they would feel very natural (well duh..) and well.. whats the point then? They dont move when they are getting fucked either. Like the actuall tit moves, but it keeps a constant shape, its not dynamic, it honestly looks kinda gross. This has absolutely nothing to do with the degredation of women or anything like that, I just think they arent attractive, moreover they are kinda a turn off to me.

When they are done correctly they look fantastic. IE Demi Moore in Striptease.
When the work is cheap they come out all lopsided and uneven they are kind of scary. IE the soft core porn girls in the Skin-0-Max latenight movies.
