I was reading the daily CNN page and wonder what everyone thinks about the minuteman building a 9 ft wall all across Arizona because the President refuses to implement a plan towards controling the borders.
I read this from Lou Dobbs this morning.

I wonder where these guys are going to get their funding from. What would be hilarious is if they were smart they would use immigrants for the labor of such a massive project. Thoughts on immigration and the Great Wall of Arizona?

i in general want illegal immigration to stop but we can't kick out 11 mil people, and I in general agree with the immigrants notion that they are fulfilling a role. if there weren't jobs for them they wouldn't keep coming. the main groups that are annoyed by them continuing to influx are people who want to keep america as white/black/whatever as possible, and poor people particularly minorities who are being outcompeted for the lower end jobs by hispanics who work harder, get paid less, and advance faster.

You and I share the same thoughts ... This does wonders for our economy...And right now .. We need all the help we can get. Look at the Hurricane Katrina cleanup... Like 70 % of the work were done by hispanics. There is nothing wrong with that . A poor white person who has a weak work ethic wouldnt think about cleaning out refridgerators for 7 bucks an hour. I grew up in Cali and my Grandparents and other families had vineyards.... The majority of the work if not all were done by hispanics. Hispanics that are born in America have a different outlook on work ethic because they have been quote " americanized" per se:
