These tournaments are a pretty big novelty imo. I can't find the energy to watch cause its such a given that we'll win. I'll be cheering through watching highlights.

I watched game 1 vs Slovenia. I was about six rows up from the Latvians with the drums. We were right beside the majority of the Slovenian fans and damn it was loud.
All in all it was a shitty game. They knew that Canada was going to pound them into the boards given the chance, so they backed off contantly. Canada completely outskilled them.
Quote of the game? One of the Slovenian fans was getting pissed off at the guy next to me. The Slovenian says, "Slovenia is a beautiful country. Why you talk like that?" to which the guy next to me says "I hope it's beautiful since we sure in fuck wouldn't be going there for the hockey!". Way to make them feel welcome.

Not at this time. It's 3 hours total drive to get to the Metro Centre and about $76 a ticket. With so many other things to spend money on right now, not sure if I'm going to be able to.

Looking a bit better with Lundqvist in goal now, but still.... Losing against Switzerland and 6-5 win against Belarus :P Doesn't look so good after all. Gonna be interesting to see what will happen when we get some tougher opponents.
Canada sucks this year! 2-1 against Norway?! Hahahhahaha
Still, I think Canada or Russia will win it..

Damn... Good game indeed. Too bad Lundqvist didn't really deliver when we needed him to, but 5-4 against this year's Canada team ain't too bad  And that's pretty much the general opinion here in Sweden
Sunday's final is gonna be a very good game anyway, I think
