I like Poker Stars tourney format and the sounds are not annoying. The graphics leave a little to be desired. I like Absolute's graphics, but the sounds bug me.
- Ideally I would like good initial deposit bonuses and reload bunuses
- User adjustable graphics, table size for multi-tabling, look and textue user adjustable
- User adjutable sounds
- Tournament structure like Stars
- Frequent player points like Stars
- A huge diversity of stakes and games
- Quick, no-problem cashouts
- Regularly scheduled tourneys with the stars of poker (ability for the average player to play with the greats and not have to buy-in at a $500/1000 Limit table)
Probably will think of others, but that will do it for now.

I would want all multitable tournaments to be capped at say 500 instead of having 2k people in them and taking 6 hours.

I like the drinks idea 
On a more realistic note, I'd like the sng's (on party at least) weight the positiions a little more favored towards first place.
