Hey guys. I am renting out the master bedroom in my home (along with the second bedroom which is reserved) as I am finishing my basement and going to be living down there (all furniture you see in bedroom is staying put except the bookshelves, which will be replaced by a large desk - and anything in particular the first person to rent from me would like in that spot I'm willing to make arrangements for that.

This is an ALL INCLUSIVE fully furnished shared rental in a 1400 square foot executive town home. (almost 2000sq ft. inc basement). Leasing is on a monthly basis. Stay as short or as long as you wish.

Price: $900/month

Location: Kingston Ontario (2.5hour drive from Montreal and Toronto, 2 hour drive to Ottawa. If you have any questions about the area feel free to ask. The house is a 15min drive to the downtown core (big college town, so a decent amount of bars, clubs, restaurants. Public transit here is a bitch so having your own car is recommended, though it isn't necessary if you are only going downtown to get drunk in which case obv take cab (not that expensive). Train station is a short cab ride which will take you to Toronto/Montreal if you want to hit up the bigger cities/explore/party etc.

Your rent covers:
-high speed internet
-local phone
-all utilities (A/C included)
-weekly maid service
-all furniture, towels, bedding, pillows etc. all high end Egyptian cotton sheets etc. basic toiletries like hand soap and tp (u pay for your own personal shit)
-use of common area living room/kitchen, deck BBQ your room etc.
-laundry (on same floor as bedroom)
-parking
-bedroom has a 50 inch tv with dvd player and 2 closets

Ideal candidate:
Coming here to get work done and not really visiting just to fuck around, hence willing to settle for living in a smaller city with a convenient location, but not right in the middle of the clubbing districts of Toronto/Montreal. Of course having people over and stuff is fine, but ideally we will be living in a grind house during the week without too many distractions.

Other notes:
-No more than 3 people will be living here at one time
-Rules are clean up after yourself and respect the cat, and if you break something you buy it at replacement cost.
-the deck is 12/12', the floor plan sketch is from the builder, had deck built larger.
