Whats the font where lower case letters look like small capitals?

I dunno if you can do it with every font but press ctrl-d then select small caps

I'm confused... I have MS word 2003 and ctrl-d brings up a nice tabe of options. ctrl-u underlines

im using OpenOffice and there is no such "small caps" format, but thats what i need.
