I wanna be a supernova, but I need 24,000 more points by the end of this year, and at the 20th of December I'm going on holiday for christmas. So I probably have 4-5 whole days I can play, how do I get points the fastests? Anyone got some good suggestions how to get all these points? And does anyone know some professional FPP producers out there who can make points if I can't make it myself?

Multi-tabling high-buyin turbo sngs is the way to go.
And the FPPs don't get you to supernova, VPPs do. So right now I'm platinumstar and when I play a $109 sng, I only earn 50 VPPs but i get 125 FPPs, so there's a pretty big difference.
But yeah, it's a pretty wide consensus that multi-tabling the turbos is the way to go (although good luck actually making money in them)

Yeah, that's right, I'm mixing those up, but checked the VIP status thing and it's 23k points now. It seems like 8-tabling 5/10 6max gives me close to 400VPP/hour, but will double-check that, so that means only 50 hours, wich definately is possible.
I don't really know how to play SnGs, so I would probably loose thousands on that. And I guess I gotta 8 table 109s to beat cash when it comes to VPPs, wich there is no way I can do.
About giving head to Lee Jones, I'm not really into that, but it is definately a good idea, so if someone would like to help me out with that I'd appriciate it.

You're either going to have to 8+ table $100+ turbo sngs or multi-table 6-max.
I know you're primarily a cash game player so I would drop down a level or two and 12 table 6-max. 6-max games get an extra VPP when $2 or more is raked ($40+ pot) so you'll accumulate them faster than playing fullring. At the $1/2 6-max level a conservative estimate is that you'll earn a VPP 60% of hands you play ((at $1/2 6-max and lower the pot only has to be raked $0.40 for a VPP ($8 pot) and you also still get the extra VPP when $2 is raked ($40 pot)). So if you 12 table $1/2 6-max at 80 hands/hour each table then you'd be earning 576 VPPs an hour.
$1/2 is probably lower than you are willing to play though. I expect you'd earn them at a comparable rate playing $2/4+. The pot has to reach $20 for the first VPP at $2/4 but the stakes are obviously doubled so it shouldn't be that much more difficult. The pots are also reaching $40 more often for the second VPP which would probably offset the fact that more pots will be taken down pre-flop.

Main advantage is that you earn FPPs at a faster rate. If he normally makes 400 VPPs/hour he's getting "rakeback" at $17/hr as compared to about $23/hr with supernova status.[/quote]

And you can also get PS to take FPPs from your account to reimburse you for items you purchase at live events if you wish (they take FPPs and give you money on-site)

You can buy items with the FPP. You get them 2x as fast at platinum, and 3x as fast at supernova or something. Plus, supernova lasts for a year, so either he gets 24k points now, or he has to start over and get 100k in 2007.
It can be used as rakeback because you can purchase bonuses. A $650 bonus at platinum that someone figured is 19% rakeback, and a $1500 bonus at supernova that someone figured was 25% rakeback or something like that.

Thanks for the tips, I tried out 8 tabling 5/10 6-max and it seems that gives me like 530/hour. I don't have 3 screens so I can't really 12-table, and as long as I'm doing ok 8-tabling 5/10 I'll stick with that. Hopefully I can get in enough hours to manage this, if not there's the other option.

I will definately find a nice reward, as long as you can provide references, just a couple is ok, just to make sure it's actually worth 22,000VPPs. I don't want to risk Lee not being happy and having him give me bad beats for the rest of the year, wich I'm sure you understand.

Ya know Lukie if you select the cashier, and hold alt while you press print screen you don't have to cut out the entire background out when you paste it.
That is a sick amount of FPPs.... what do you plan on purchasing with them?

That's a LOT of points, I only need 14,500 now though, so it's going the right way, 8 tabling is exhausting though, don't get how people can play up to 12
