In your vid he mentions that he hates a loose ass, which is totally standard. However, loose ass /= large ass. Fat asses are loose, but muscular asses are not necessarily. Muscle is pretty much half of what makes the ass anyways.
A flabby woman's thighs will rub together, but also will a lean woman who isn't shy on muscle. And not a lot of muscle; women biologically cannot cultivate much muscle in the first place. Pretty much any woman involved in any kind of sport that requires a lot of leg movement (soccer, tennis, basketball, you name it) will have hip adductor muscles that touch/rub together when they walk/stand, and their physiques are typically a wee bit sexier than the generic doesn't-eat-or-do-much female physiques.
Tightness of physique has to do with fat. We all have enough muscle to be hard as rock if we're just lean enough. The red ass on the left could easily be just as lean as the one on the right, yet have more muscle mass. And before you say muscle on women isn't sexy you should probably analyze what on asses you like, and then realize that much of what that is is muscle. But that doesn't mean that larger muscles = sexier. Typically, it does up to a point, but not always.
