Post subject: Howdy From Texas Y'all!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself as a new forum member. My name is Rocco and I live in the Great State of Texas. I have been playing Poker regularly for the past four years now.
My favorite limits to play are; No Limit and Pot Limit. My favorite Poker variants are; Hold'Em, Omaha High, Super Hold'Em, Seven Card Stud and Draw Poker (In that order).
I am looking forward to meeting you all.

I am located in North Dallas, Originally from Los Angeles, CA.
Super Hold'Em is the same as Texas Hold'Em except that there are two rows of community cards instead of one.
Each player can only use one row of the community cards to make his/her best five card combination.
Try it out sometime at your next home game. It's pretty fun.

Where in McKinney are you at? The Hooters up here used to have games on Tuesday, not sure what night they go on now. I know of a few people that run home games here and in Allen, so hit me up.

I'm in Houston. Actually I just moved back a few months ago from Austin. I know of one decent game here in Houston.

I'm near the McKinney/Frisco border.
I'm pretty close to Allen. About 15 mins. away.

I'm not a real cowboy, actually I am a wanna be Texan. My wife and I moved to Texas two years ago from our hometown of Los Angeles, CA.
As far as finding any Super HoldEm games online, I have not found any. It's pretty much the same exact thing as regular hold'em except that the dealer puts out two flops, two turns and two rivers instead of one.
Each player can only use one row of the c0mmunity cards that best makes his/her hand. Try it at your next game, it's fun.

That McKinney Hooters poker night is long gone unfortunately ... or fortunately for my beer belly delimma. The group that ran it had multiple free games (with non-cash prizes - gift certs and shirts and whatnot) running on different nights in different parts of north dallas, plano, etc. Was fun while it lasted.
There are plenty of home games around if you search ... though I'm not in the habit of going to a complete stranger's house to play without knowing at least someone so I can be a plus one. Usually play at friends' home games - though no one seems to be hosting anymore ... and I hardly play nowadays as it is.
