hit the print screen button on your computer, then go to like paint or photoshop and select paste (ctrl+v).

Prt Scr button -- right of the F12 button.
Open up paint or something similar afterwards and paste image.

I think alt-prntscrn or cntr-prntscrn just grabs the top window, easier to edit.

You're right zen, it's Alt-PrtScn that will grab just the top most window.
