For me it's about 4-5... :/

I never eat it for dinner, but I tend to just eat an extra meal every day that consists of me going out at 11pm and stopping by somewhere thats quick and cheap. (I'm not even close to being fat if you're wondering).

What about you guys? How many times a week do you eat fast food? Have you considered cutting back? Eating more? What would your typical 'fast food meal' consist of?

Basically same but it's more at lunch time. I'm trying to cut back mainly because of money. I'm not close to fat either but wouldn't mind cutting down on unhealthy shit. I'd easily prop bet if I weren't busto.

I have bought every meal for the last 3 weeks, but that's because I was in Vegas bitches! :P

Fast Food? I hate the stuff. Although, I probably ate fast food 3 or 4 times during that stretch I mentioned. I honest to god get headaches after I eat McDonalds, unless it's from their breakfast menu. Big Mac? Headache. Nuggets? Headache. And I never even get my meals with those 5L soft drinks.

Yeah, when I was staying with a mate and eating a Maccys every day I thought I was fighting off a mild flu, until it went away when I stopped eating Maccys and came back when I started again.

I used to eat that shit all the time before boot camp, but since I've gotten out I've eaten it maybe 10 times total (in almost 3 months) which is an obvious win. I haven't eaten it in probably 3 weeks. I'm kind of craving BK atm so I might go get a whopper or something right now lol. THANKS ASSHOLE!

I havent eaten mcdonalds, or any of the typical fast food in about 2 years. I occasionally eat panera bread or chipotle. I do enjoy drive in type food though, and still eat it, I just refuse to eat it from mcdonalds or whatever. I think the only time I would eat mcdonalds again is on a long road trip where I had no other option... but then again there are starbucks almost everywhere that have sandwiches..

Yeah I guess so, I included Subway in my count (I get it once a week maybe). My doctor says its still garbage (lol), but really if you compare say a chicken sub to a big mac meal or whatever there's a bit of a difference. So while the quality of food isn't necessarily the greatest, it sure as hell is alot better than McDonalds. (Unless you get one of the more unhealthy subs I think).

The only fast food I tend to eat is Taco Bell bean burritos. For some reason I totally love them... but I loathe fast food burgers... they almost always give me an upset stomach.
So you click their picture and then you get their money?

I don't like McDonalds. But it's 24/7 so if I've been hitting the piss, then it's the way to go.

McD maybe once this year, other burgers maybe half a dozen times. I do eat quite a lot of pizza and subs though, maybe once a week. I've been in Germany for a couple months so haven't been able to avoid currywurst and döner kebabs every now and then, nom.

I got really unhealthy when I was living in vegas, my day consisted of waking up at 5am, heading to McDonald's for a few breakfast sandwiches and hashrowns, eating something unhealthy at the course for lunch, and then swinging by wendys/taco bell/panda express for dinner and then to the bar. This happened for about 2 months before I finally put an end to it.

Now I eat fast food once a week, but I'm sure I could go back to eating it 7days a week.

I think that meal is ~$10, I can eat a lot more than that. usually I boast w/ my 2p2 brethren but last week I had

A whole Digiorno triple-meat pizza
entire bag of tostitos scoops
medium container of queso

I think it was 3800 calories, took that down in about 40 minutes. I'm 5'10 170 at the moment. I can crush just an insane amount of food, mainly because I can eat really fast. I had a job once w/o a lunch break, and I usually worked like ~12 hours straight eating once the entire time. I learned to down a bigass meal in about 5 minutes. Currently I eat one meal a day, sometimes two, if I wake up really hungry. Usually I wait about 6 hours after waking up then eat all my cals in one meal.

The past month or so I've been at BK once and had pizza delivered once. Not too bad. However I eat a cheapo frozen pizza prolly once every two weeks on average, and my everyday dinners aren't super healthy. I also eat too much potato chips and candy, and drink too much diet soda.

we used to have eating contests at Taco Bell during college where the loser puked or gave up. Lots of matches ended in draws where neither competitor wanted to go on (lame now that I look back on it). We would spend $15 apiece easy, which is pretty hard to do at T-bell.

I eat out usually once (and sometimes twice) a week, not counting leftovers. Fast food only twice a month or so. Can't do it like I used to when I was a calorie burning machine.

Spenda just went up in my book lol. Eating huge meals isn't that hard really, especially if he only eats once a day or so. I used to eat 2-3 BIG meals a day, then i started getting all chubby and shit, so I stopped. I've basically only eaten once a day for the past week though.

I used to eat at McDonalds or places like it literally 3 times a day (unless of course I was going out somewhere at night where I'd get food). I had a really busy life and never felt like stopping long enough to make a proper meal. Plus I always thought it tasted good.

I also ate like Spenda with ordering a lot where the meal was about $15.

Then when I moved in with my girlfriend she made all the meals so I ate them instead. And that's when I gained weight. I was 165 in the McDonalds days now I'm 205 and I eat reasonably healthy. Weirdness.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a way to not do that? It's just way easier/convenient.

Im eating two double cheeseburgers from bk as i type this... I used to eat fast food twice a day, pretty much all my meals. D-menu for the win. Now I get free buffet at the casino whenever I want and Im there all the time. I actually get variety there.

I eat fast food very rarely, except Subway which is pretty different imo. Usually for lunch I just grab a salad with a bunch of pretty healthy shit in it or a turkey sandwich or something or sushi. But I live in NYC and have alot of options. I do probably have bar food almost once a week which is grimey. I ate a bunch of Mcdonalds during a semester in Italy (was the only place open late night in my hood) and felt/got kinda fat and have since sworn it off unlesss I have no choice.

Like twice a week not including subway as my subway subs are actually healthy.

Turkey breast
lettuce
tomato
pickles
no cheese or dressing
I damage threads that may actually benefit some posters

Careful thinking subway subs are healthy. they can be a better option for sure, but sandwich meat is hit and miss and breads are not always the best for people out of shape. It's certainly better than most but depending on diet type I could make a better option out of a few other places.

FWIW, Popeye's chicken is the best fast food place on the planet

I'm jealous. I used to live in a big city and had tons of options, now I live in a small town where everyones fucking white and born in Canada - thus no creativity in regards to food. We don't have any cool trendy neighbourhoods or anything, just fucking Mcdonalds and KFC crap
