One bowl every morning. It's huge though because I love it.
Today it was Cinnamon Life. Tomorrow it might be Cocoa Pebbles. Day after that? Who knows! I have five (and sometimes six) boxes in the rotation most of the time. My wife used to think that was ridiculous, but when she found out I eat about 1/3 a box of cereal every morning she's okay with it.
I never really "started" the weed but I did it on numerous occasions, probably not in the last three or four years or so, as I growed up and stuff and possible drug tests got in the way.

I have a terrible love affair with spliffs. I haven't smoked a bowl in a year, but I smoke about 2 spliffs a day. I'm a cigarette smoker now because of all the spliffs I've smoked.

Haha, that's totally how I started smoking cigarettes too. But I quit and don't live with smokers anymore so I have to smoke just plain weed again 
Why is everyone always hating on spliffs? I couldn't even mention spliffs without half my friends telling me how they hate them and how you shouldn't bring tobacco into it, but I'm like STFU YOU STUPID F*CKERS I LIKE SPLIFFS GO SMOKE YOUR OWN WEED!!
