When she said you need four more inches if you want to get with her, I don't think that's what she meant.

I myself have not even broken 130 again since I broke my leg but this reminds me of last night poker action in vegas. This old moron kept bitchin he could see anyones cards that stayed in to the river no matter the position - well someone didnt want to show - the dealer took his cards out of the muck and showed.

Then they all start bitchin at each other hardcore then the guy that started the whole thing and was wrong says - "lose some weight u fat mother fucker" then it got all messed up and the guy was ejected from the casino for about 30 seconds until he started bitchin hardcore again and they let him stay if he didnt open his mouth again. Whats funny is the guy who called the other one fat was actually bigger so it really made no sense.

The guy was pretty much an idiot the whole time and cracked my AA all in pre with 77 when he flopped quads too and then was rubbin it in hardcore acting like he made the right play and that AA always gets cracked. I didnt say a word as usual but would have liked to blast him in the face like you know who did just to shut his ass up.

You do know that 'going to the gym' has nothing to do with out much you weight, right? I think you got lazy and stopped eating

Yeah, but not going to the gym is part of it. All of that physical activity from going to the gym makes you active and want to eat.

Now I don't do anything and don't eat alot just because I don't have to.

btw Im 5'11 or 6'0 and too skinny to post lol.. I try to gain weight by just eating but I cant, and Im too lazy to work out. I wanna get up to like 140 - 145.. thats still thin for ~6' but I dont mind being skinny, but my doctor said as of now, if I lost 5 lbs he would be convinced I was anoerexic or beliemic ... So its rare, but weight problems go both ways (not talking about eating disorders) my metabolism is jsut TOO fast...

Eat more. I've talked to countless people who say they eat 'a ton', and they can't gain weight because of their fast metabolism.

Trust me, eat more, and you will gain weight. Try to eat a clean 6 meals a day, but eat a LOT. You may have to bump it up to 4-5k calories a day to put on any appreciable weight. Whether you have that kind of determination is up to you though.

Yeha, I'm with Lukie here.. I have a fast metabolism aswell but I still gain weight right now. People think they eat alot cause they eat one or two big meals a day, but this doesn't add up to alot of calories.

And IT PISSES ME OFF WHEN PEOPLE SAY THAT

6-1, 190. I want to lose about 10 lbs after the holidays, cause my arms are skinny but my stomach is getting fat. It looks goofy as hell. Plus I'm a squadron PT leader, so I can't afford to be out of shape when the weather gets nice again.

Thick build from genetics (Thanks Dad! ) but still got an extra 30 that I don't need to have. Considering I was 187 as a Sophomore in High School, I think I'm doing just fine. 4 years ago, I did the 'healthy lifestyle' thing and got into bodybuilding. Went nuts with it and hit 208 as my lowest lean weight @ 12% Bodyfat. I was told that I looked undernourished and underweight. Moved to Vegas, worked in a few bars and nightclubs and started playing poker. All down hill from there.... I'm told that I wear it well though.
If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
