Do a system recovery or whatever?
I fiddled where I shouldnt have with my comp and now none of my poker apps, irc or ventrillo will connect to the internet.
So how do I make my comp like recover itself to a state before I started messin around?

I think it happened when I deleted Symantec AntiVirus.msi becuase my comp is randomly trying to install it.
I have a CD given to me by my college but it cant intall symantec becuase there's always an error (which i was trying to correct by removing the old symantec)

I did a system restore and the problem seems to have passed.
Though several changes made AFTER the restore point are still here AND my comp is still randomly trying to install symantec stuff.
