Say you have a game Bulls vs Sonics. Bulls are +5.5 and Sonics are -5.5. What exactly does that mean? If the Bulls win by 6 or more you win and if the Sonics lose by 5 or less (or win) you win?

Bulls +5.5 means you add 5.5 to their score. So the Sonics have to win by 6 for the sonics to win the bet. If the Sonics win by 5 or less, or the Bulls win, then the Bulls win the bet
