Post subject: HEM - can I complain to someone?

I'm unable to download any updates from HEM's website, which has been the case for about 2 month now. This is sort of important because every week HEM realised they f****d up the last beta release and provide a new one to download.
In a nut-shell, HEM says the problem is with me and I disagree. Support is being less than useful to resolve the issue.
In terms of my agreement to HEM, they are supposed to provide free updates to the program. If they are failing to provide that service, who are they accountable to? In other words, if I have an issue with a bank I can complain to finincial ombudsman. Or am I just delusional because HEM is registered in some God-forsaken country where there aren't rules about decent service delivery.

get someone you know to download it for you and transfer the file?
The problem is most likely your end, you would here more people complaining about it on the fourms if they had issues too.

I assume you have already posted at the HEM forums?
It's most likely a problem with your firewall or your DNS. Have someone send it to you imo.

If everyone else can download except you, its pretty likely its a problem on your end, not theirs.

HEM has always been great for me and I've never had any problems downloading updates.
