That's the kind with some weird shit that looks like shit in the middle. Definitely not the good kind. I don't think it's even a mushroom. We used to throw them at each other as kids because it was like getting hit by shit, but not quite as gross. | |

Looks like a puffball, which are generally edible at an earlier stage of growth. That dust you see is the spores (the shape of it and the spores that puff out are what give it its name). Once the spores mature it starts to rot and is inedible. | |
