Default Help me choose the right notebook

I have to buy a new computer and decided to buy a laptop. This thing will be used to do some research for university and my diploma thesis and to play poker.

I´m a total pc-moron and have no idea what the minimum requirements in terms of gHz/GB RAM/Graphic memory would be for 10-12 tabling iPoker, pt auto-import/pahud, itunes and msn/aim without lagging/not running/tilting me to death. I have 800EUR to spend. thank you
