Decent day, went to court found out its still pending but at least my bail got exonerated. Got my taxes done and haggled the price down, H and R block nickles and dimes like no other. Played basketball for 2 hours and got in a good lift session afterwards. About to go do some sake bombs and sushi before raging it tonite.

It has been a beautiful weekend.
I came home to Manhattan Thursday night after traveling for business. I met my friend for dinner at a nice italian restaurant and we got the table right out on the street to enjoy the weather. We met up with friends and had beers outside while relaxing. Last night went to a friend's apartment and drank and played cranium all night with a group of people (decided to have an easy night) and crashed at her place. Woke up and went to a museum with the friend from Thursday nights dinner. We bought some really nice cheese to go with a nice bottle of wine I have. She's coming over at 8 to cook me dinner. We're then meeting up with friends later for some partying.
I am living and loving it.

First real day of spring just happened in Santa Cruz. 82 degrees no clouds in sight. Woke up slightly hung over and cruised the beach all day. Got a pool party I am about to hit up and figure out what's raging tonight.

Went out my roommate turned 21 got him real drunk, came back to our place and he did that one last shot and puked all over our wall and carpet and the side of the fish tank, and his girlfriend.
Could not be better IMO, good day to be livin'

I was walking down the street a couple years ago. Cloudy dreary day, not really raining, but everything is wet and the air is damp so might as well be. There's an older, weathered dude standing on the side of the street (residential, not main/comercial).
dude: "how's it going man?"
me: "meh, you?"
dude: "any day I'm not pushing up daisy's is a good day for me"
I just kinda walked on, but thought about it and it put me in a better mood.

Ahahaha, just got done playing. I played that sick course, it's a Fazio design, very very upscale. Anyways, the guy I know is always talking about the PGA Tour pros he plays with so I felt I needed to play well to impress him to say the least.
Anyways, we get to a hole on the back nine, it's a 505 yd Par 4 (yea, par 4) from the Tips and today it's into about a 10-15mph wind. I hit driver, smoke it, and I still have 240 left. I hit 3 wood and lace it to like 35 feet, right over the flag and can the snake to make birdie, pretty livin. Gave the gay-ass Tiger fist-pump too.
We then get two holes later and there's this 560 yd Par 5 and both guys say they've never seen anyone on in two. It's downwind and a bit downhill today so I say I'll give it a run. Well I absolutely rape a tee shot and have right at 230 left, hit my hybrid to about 25 feet and burn the edge with my eagle putt. Tap in birdie.

Was a particularly dark and rainy day today. While I was driving downtown I started thinking, what if all the clouds disappeared and never came back, some major climate change that would make blue skies forever? I didn't feel thrilled about the idea at all.
I thought that if would happen, but somewhere there would still be a distant cloudy place where it would rain constantly or even frequently, that place would surely become the most popular holiday resort on the planet. People would walk around with their umbrellas, smiling, holding out their hands to feel the raindrops hitting their palms.
I thought about this for a moment and kind of enjoyed the rain after that...

Do people in the southwest get excited to visit Washington state, or the midwest? No.
Maybe I'm just jaded from living in Ohio my whole life.
