apparantly the country tha that runs on GMT +4.30 is afghanastan but that doesn't work. (even if you spell it right).

Go to Control Panel in Windows. Look at the date/time section and go to the time zones. Look at the name in GMT+4:30. Type that name in lowercase into the answer box.
And I thought I sucked at these things

allright. I get it.
Some hints:
2- type in the word at the bottom. this took me FOREVER it was so "easy"
3- draw the times on the right like they were an analog clock
4- half the sign spells the word
5- this is a sketch for a painting. google the artist to find the title.
made it to level 10 while at work.

You need to make each of the shapes into a letter by removing pieces according to the key above it and the clue onthe second page. HTH
