I was picking up some stuff from GNC the other day and the person working there had a huge hardon for this new AMP stuff GNC is offering. It looks like a high protein concentrated version of their old stuff. There are a lot of meatheads here at FTR, what are your thoughts on this?

The GNC brands are pretty good compared to other no name products quality wise. The AMP 60 wheybolic's taste is better than most name brand stuff. The BB.Com guys are raving about it too. If the price fits it's a good deal.

1 gm per pound of lean mass if gaining and 1-1.5 gms if trying to lose. your intake would depend on your meal timing and what your trying to accomplish.

meat tastes good, bacon tastes good, pork chops taste good
aight I just looked it up, http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3509954 right?
It looks like it's supposed to be some anabolic stack b/c of the leucine, and I guess it has BCAA's, but I'm not sure.
Anyways, what are you using this for? When are you taking it relative to work outs, and what are your current goals?

You guys are so silly. That wee panel down the side of facebook is telling me all the time that I don't need diets nor protein shakes, and that Some Guy™ has developed a method so people can see the insides of my body poking out of my skin in just five weeks!!
