No you don't need to register by affiliate as far as I can tell. Can someone check it out? http://www.forumchallengefreeroll.com/
It looks legit, sponsored by top pair magazine, there's about 30 forums+ participating. After all FTR is the best forum with the best players we should be in and pwning this.
