Last night I got invited to a smaller cash game, and it's basically a $25 NL game full of total maniacs and bad players.
Anyway, before people started showing up, the host and this other guy were saying "we should up the blinds to $.50-$1 to encourage tighter play, the other guys just play too crazy".
It was by far the fishiest thing i've ever heard in a live poker game, and had to restrain myself from laughing or saying anything stupid. I just agreed, "yea, that'd be cool"
Just thought i'd share that little gem

nothing big for that night, they decided to wait until the next game to up the blinds.
Then i'm sure i'll make a killing, most of those guys play with scared money
