Is this joke considered funny? I said it to some friends who laughed hysterically while others just sat there staring. Your thoughts, I need honest truth Im ready for it 
Theres two turtles who go on a picknick.
It takes them 3 days to get to the spot where they are going to have there sandwiches and beer
ONe turtle says to the other damn we forgot the beer!
The other turtle reply's I do not want to get the damn beer because ull eat our sandwich.
The turtle replys I will wait for you to get back trust me.
The turtle sits there waiting day by day for his friend to come back.
On the sixth day he is suprised his turtle friend has not arrived.
He waits one more day, So on the seventh day, ahis hunger gives in and he decides to take a bite of the sandwich.
Before the turtle can bite the sandwich the other turtle quickly hops out of the nearby bush and says
"I KNEW UD EAT THAT DAMN SANDWICH"

The punchline isn't ironic at all, and it's supposed to be a joke. If you think of it that way, it can be kind of funny.
It's more of a pointless / retarded story than a joke.
