Legally, you need to be 21. However, I have witnessed someone who is 20 deposit money, and I've heard of people under 18 deposit money. However, if you are 14, I don't think it's a good idea for you to be gambling on the Internet, of course who am I to say.
"Why does this still seem like gambling to you!?"

I use play money on party poker, and didn't deposit any money, but I'm not going to deposit money. Still need to pay back my trip to Europe

I have my own poker team who is going to take over the poker world anyway. We call ourselves Jack Squat...........and in 7 years will show The Crew how to really play poker. Our website basically bashes the crew(even though we like them)...... but that's a little off topic.
If you don't know who the sucker is in your first 30 minutes at the table, you're the sucker.

I think that most sites allow for 18+ to play, same as with indian res casinos. I just signed up at a PP and Pokerroom and they were both fine with it. not sure about stars though

If you read the legal page (on Stars, PP at least) it says you need to be 18 or over and allowed to do so where you live.

Every member of the Gauntlet should send me a dollar on pokerstars for my suggestion of a league. Except for LeFou who should send me three as the reigning champion. :P
