FTR interviews are back and should be stronger than ever. We're trying an audio format, which turned out marginal with Massimo but turned out well with Shaun Deeb, who will have his posted on Thursday. Go give it a listen!
Please give me some slack on this, this is my first time I've really done anything like this and technical errors were through the roof. There is a lot of echo but if you survive the first few minutes it turns out really well. I'm getting better though, the Shaun Deeb interview turned out significantly better so if your turned off by this one make sure to give it another shot with Shaun Deeb.

1) mp3 instead of wav format
2)FTR RSS feed for itunes podcast subscription capability
