If the US has the most and the most advanced military weapons in the world then why won't you listen to them when they say "Stop testing nuclear weapons"? And why can't North Korea be more open and let people out and in whenever they please?

I am not sure where we have said the imperialists have the most advanced nuclear weapons in the world - surely we cannot disarm if they are a constant threat to us. The moment we disarm is the moment they send in their missiles. I know the imperialists have (through propaganda) often made our country out to be the agressive one, but it is truly the other way around. They want nothing more than to wipe this country and its people off the map.
Our country is very open - people are allowed freedom of speech and to travel where they want. The problem is many countries are fascist puppet regimes of the USA, and hence we are not allowed into those countries. On the other hand, anybody is welcome to visit the DPR Korea. We always repeat ourselves, but you do not seem to understand the freedoms we enjoy in this country, and I blame most of that on the brainwashing propaganda forced upon you by the fascist regime.

...I would say it is unlikely that people from our country would compete in such a thing. The American imperialists would send out their own car to run our people off the track and kill them, so I think for now it is best that we do not participate in that.
