I was watching a documentry last night about fish.
They were in Honk Kong at the time and you had to catch your own fish in the pools of the restaurant . He caught a sea bream and it came back on the plate like a skeleton with head still attached and the raw fish was on the side.
The fin was still moving! He sent it back and told them to kill it - so they just chopped off its head. lol
