I know there's a bunch of people out there who have it, or 06 which is very similar. In manager mode, I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to trade players. In transfer mode, I can't find a way to search through other teams' rosters and offer money for a player. After each match I play, I get 6 popups of teams bidding for my players, even though they're not marked for sale, but I can't do the same to other teams. I just traded off a decent defendder sub for a great price and want to purchase a few good defenders now. However, the transfer market usually has like 4 or 5 crappy players or no one in it.

it's so fun, i'm cleaning house in professional mode but I'm scared to try world class. I figure I'll just win it with Chelsea and then start my own team.

I just grabbed madden 07 off the interweb. Its fun. The hall-of-fame mode is kinda a neat idea, though it doesnt seem to be executed well. Like, you start off as a first year rookie at any given position, but you just sit on the bench the entire season. So as soon as you create your character, customize him, set his clothes, his attributes, what face, hair, tattoos, all that... you wanna play with him! But, no.
You can work around this by subbing your guy in instead of the "real" guy, but this just makes your team suck, because you dont start out very good.
So how do you get better? I dont know, without subbing in, it never lets you play!
So after two hours, you go, "ok that was fun... Next?"

I'm 5 games away from winning the EPL. Should be clinched before then though. Drogba and shevi both have 5 billion goals.

for madden superstar mode - make your guy the 3DRB. get on the jets. the only time they fucking run is a draw on 3rd and 8. of course getting stuffed for a loss doesn't help your influence.
also my guy is a RB and he's starting ahead of larry johnson. fuck the real players. i love me some me.

Yeah my guy is a HB, starting behind Willy Parker. But I just sub him in anyway. Fuck parker.
The superstar mode is a cool idea, but the franchise mode in 07 is where the party is. Its pretty nifty.

me and my homies always do franchise. but it's tough to get 4 or 5 people to play their games in a timely manner.

I've always thought this would be sucha cool thing. The best way to do it would be the computer version with some dedicated server that ran the franchise. That way you didn't always have to go to the one kid's place to play.

All the excitement of taking Manchester Red to the glory of a European Soccer Champions Final Championship.
I do like the play in Pro Ev though. If they either hand proper names or completely made up names it'd be better.
FIFA 06 is fun, but as usual look much better than it plays. Plus career mode ruined by unrealistic results generators (I'm sorry, but Liverpool will never, never, never reach half way in the premiership season with P17 W16 D0 L1).

BTW, does 07 have international football. Cos that's something that sucked with being missing in 06...

that would be pretty cool. i don't know why they couldn't do that with ps2 online play.
although everyone still has to get together for draft night and offseason/training camp. at the end of this season the dolphins are being moved to vegas. that's what you get when your team sucks and you never play your games. should be fun.
