*Note: I am not well diversified in the beer community because:

a.)I'm 19 and therefore have to have someone else buy it, and they usually get domestic cheap shit.

b.)I am in college and therefore have limited funds.

c.) I am not that heavy of a drinker, I will drink probably 1-2 times a week, about 3 weekends a month.

My favorite was Great Lakes Burning River Pale Ale. I've recently developed a taste for IPAs (note you will likely not like them and I would not recommend them to a beer noob).

If you want to expand your selection start with Pale Ales and Ambers (ala Killians). You could try Golden Ales and Lagers, but IMO they taste too similar to an American Pilsner and aren't worth the price increase.

Some buddies of mine were doing edward 40hands and they decided it would be a good idea to play beer pong too. They shot the ping pong balls out of their mouths, and bit the lips of the cups to drink from them. They lost, but they still made a few cups. It was hilarious.

Burning River is great, probably my favorite.

Belgian white beers are interesting, the most famous one being Blue Moon which i enjoy, especially with an Orange.

haha. ive had fake for a couple years but just now decide i should try beer!!! seriously though, why would i try to level you guys???

ac trip report: first day i played a bunch online while everyone 21+ was playing the 5k event. that night all the people that had busted and I went down to sweat the tournament and had some friends just buy me drinks. i get drunk and try to use the fake at a casino bar. bouncer says he doesnt think its real and is going to call manager and scan it. i try to stall so i can get the ID back and bouncer finally says 'dont waste my time, if its fake just tell me."

so i get really close to him, look him in the idea and point at him. "man, i GUARANTEE YOU that that ID is fake." guy has a nice surpised look on his face because i reverse leveled him for a half a second. i tell him i turn 21 in 24 hours and will see him then. im not sure if he thought it was funny but i was drunk so i think it was.

the next night i pregame alot, then go down to pit with some friends and blow 4k playing texas holdem bonus. i dont remember much of it (sure sign of fun!) but friends help me piece together the night.

the next day i had blown almost all cash so didnt have enough to play 5/10 live. i play online instead of have a five figure day, yippee.

overall really fun hanging out with a bunch of non-ftr poker friends ive made over the past few trips.

this is generally what I try to do when buying beer. I got goose islands oatmeal stout this weekend and actually have one left over and Im drinking it now. Its delicious.

I am a firm opponent of the theory of people being "born gay." There is just absolutely no basis for it unless Im completely missing something. Its so strange because gay people get SO very offended by this. The thing is Im not saying they are born straight, Im not saying that they were perverted by someone or something. They always argue that they "always knew." Well one might say they always knew they were a cubs fan, does this mean they were literally born a cubs fan? How can you, in all honesty, say that you were born gay? You remember every single event in your life and you are able to decipher exactly how and in what way it effected you? I call bs.

A couple of great Australian beers that I recommend if you can get your hands on them, James Boag's Premium, Cascade Premium. Both of these are awesome, taste brilliant.
