Post subject: Fantasy Football Signups!

The league will be 14 teams. If we have more then 14 teams the player pool becomes sickenly thin. Even at 14 the player pool will be drained.

There are 12 open spots, and I'm sure more then 12 members who would like to play. Unfortunately we can't let everyone in. I want the most active players, and people who actually contribute at FTR.
If you are interested in playing Please post here and I will forward the information on in a few days.

Update: I'll close signups on the 16th. If you haven't been active enough to reply by then you probably aren't active enough to play.

All of the stats and scoring are done automaticlly by EA Sports. If you cannot make the live draft, you can do a draft setup and have the computer draft for you. We decided that there would be no entry fee, just to make things simple, but we are still working on possible prizes. Also tge draft is Sunday August 21st, at 9pm EST. I tried to make it at 8pm est, but that draft time was full so we have to settle for 9pm. Again that's 9pm est Sunday August 21st.

Duh I just realised this is American Football isn't it? It's not Soccer as you like to call it.
I don't know anything about US Football, apart from that they wear lots of padding so they dont get hurt and swap the players round every 5 minutes. That may be a small problem.

Yes this is Football, not European Football. Remember if you are an American website ....
It would be great if you could find someone who would want your account. I'd rather not have you play since you don't know anything about football.

Do try to give it away. It always skews stuff when everyone's skill level isn't up to snuff. That being said, there is still a lot of LUCK involved, so if you just spend maybe an hour to educate yourself, you should be allright.

Surely it works the same, way, you just pick players with good yardage, tackle rates / good teams and hope for the best. However if anyone wants an account they're very welcome to it.
