Full up is pretty easy. You can do it with 2 yellow wheels and 3 blue bars (actually less, but I'm not that good).
I've probably spend over 10 hours on this, 2 left Tube and Unpossible. I'm running out of ideas for those.
Hope you checked out the "other solutions" there is some sick creative stuff.

AFTER you beat a level, go back to the main menu, there is an extra link under each level with other contributions.
