I go to GV, they are at NW M.
Fuck well I guess 40 game win streak is over.
Fucking rb was just sick, scored every TD so far.
GV gave up a lotta big plays, couldnt stop NW on a 15+yard 4th down.
Interception didnt help either
Everyone talked and made plans to go to alabama for the championship sad sad night
And how does NW have home field advantage.... I do not get how they came to the idea

also, how is it that NWMS gets home field advantage but GVSU was ranked higher than them?

They just said through some calculation NWMS got home field advantage... NWMS had a loss this season and we were ranked higher
I think we may have won if it had been here our field is in a lot better shape right now. But ohh well.

That's what I figured, that it was just some weird formula they came up with that said they got home field advantage.
Division II sports is weird like that. I played college baseball in the same conference as NWMS. My senior year we were ranked in the Top 25 for a few weeks but weren't ranked in the Top 10 in our region, with only the top three schools in our region being in the Top 25. Later on in the year we were ranked #2 in our region but were not in the Top 25, but the 5th ranked team in our region was in the Top 25. It didn't make sense then and doesn't make sense now, kind of like how NWMS had home-field advantage even though they're ranked lower than GVSU...
