Stop making the room moderated and devoicing people please.
Stop kickbanning people for no reason please.
The amount of times I have to -m the room and op/voice all appropriate is stupid.

All current ops should be de-oped. You have all enjoyed absolute irc power for too long. :P
Just leave it to Radashack and boost since boost is always in there.

This is why we don't give out admin privileges to anyone here in the forums. Power corrupts.
I don't know too much about IRC culture, but it sounds like you ops just need to stop kicking/banning people "just for fun," whether people get the teasing or not. Seems silly to me. I could ban people temporarily here in the forums "just for fun," but imagine the chaos that it would cause.

Xianti, on one hand I completely agree. Obviosly I dont completely agree, otherwise I wouldnt have said anything about my hands. That said, I think the forums and irc are completely different beasts, same with vent. I think banning is silly, but a good kick here and there really isnt a big deal I dont think. Since the forums arent in real time, being banned for a day or an hour or whatever, it has a more serious feeling.
Even still, it has gotten out of hand recently. How do we solve this? Obvious answer, make me all powerful ruler of irc. How do we actually solve this? I have no clue so Ill stop typing.

I've used irc a long time, and I could care less about op wars and jokes, but I think things like
x: "omfg my trip aces got cracked", should not be allowed unless you're in some 50k guar't.... but that's just me.
