Does anyone now if there is a way, or some software, to make each screen you have use its own taskbar for applications that are running on that screen?
Right now im running two screens but there is only a taskbar on my primary monitor and would like to change this.

As far as I know you cant do that, I asked that when I went dual a long time ago and it couldnt be done. Maybe now it can though

I have an extra monitor lying around and I believe my video card supports dual setup. Where could I find more information about how these are set up and just general information?

same here but i think mine would look odd if I had a lcd with a crt lol
