I use this:

It works with every site I've tried, even embedded mp3s and such.
(just realized it downloads videos as a .flv, pretty sure that's common. Iinstall VLC media player and that's no longer an issue)

This is the one I use as well, works for every site that I've found that uses flash video except with deucescracked's flash video player.
