 This service is SUCH a joke it's unbelievable. It is supposed to be high speed cable internet connected 24/7. I also have the TV cable package.

The high speed (if you want to call it that) disconnects multiple times a day. I've been disconnected 3 seperate times in the sunday million HALF AN HOUR IN. I am furious right now and will probably tilt off years worth of high-speed internet payments in high stakes cash games because I'm fed up. I've been disconnected dozens of times in the last week.

This has been a public service announcement by the one and only Lukie.

 I have had on and off problems as well, every time I get sick of it it works for another 6 months. I have had three repair guys out in the last 4 years or so, each time they change something with my wiring... but my PC has never moved. They always say "who did it like this?" And I say "You!". And we laugh.

Also, don't bother emailing or doing live chat or doing a log because no one will look at the ticket anyway. Just call them and get the guy out to your house.

 I rarely had problems. If you discount the times a storm knocked down branches which took out wires I lost service about once or twice a year. That's about 99.5% reliability.

 Last time I had issues I looked for a back up dial up number and could not find one, if anyone is in Columbus and has one let me know. You would think they would mention it on the phone, but since they suck maybe they wouldn't.

I DID see that if you bought the Earthlink high speed they were re selling, you got a back up #.

Time Warner really sucks for me too. Not so much the service, but the price. I can only get Time Warner Cable. The people across the street? They get Everest. Can we get that shit? No, because we're "in a different city and their lines don't go to us."
