Wow does America just keep getting shitier or is it just me? Like fuck leave us the fuck alone.. Im disgusted with all this bullshit infirgining on peoples rights.
I hope the police get big shit for this form the courts.

Seems pretty simple to get out of - there is really no way it would stand in court. Looks like a police chief looking to get his name in the papers.
A) If they come into your bar, and they want you to take a breathalyzer, simply and politely refuse. The police have no legal authority to compell you. The only reason they can "force" you during a traffic stop is the disclaimer on your license that says it can be revoked if you refuse to take it. The cops are banking on you agreeing to take the breathalyzer because everyone does.
B) If your bar/club uses a bouncer, his job is to keep the door closed at all times, and not to let the police in without a damned good reason. Just because they flash their badge doesn't mean they have the authority to come in, bruiser.
It's Just like theyre banking on you agreeing to let them search your car/home for drugs. Don't let them. You don't have to. My stupid dipshit roomate was selling drugs out of our apartment. Cops came with no warrant, and HE LET THEM IN HIS LOCKED ROOM TO SEARCH. Of course they found his stash, loads of cash, bongs, pipes, scales, etc etc etc. What, was he hoping they'd be like, "Hey you were nice and let us search, we'll ignore this." Pfffft.
(By that same token, if you know you've been drinking and driving, refuse to take the breathalyzer and any road-side sobriety tests. Losing your license for 6 months is better than a DUI conviction. Refuse to give a blood/hair/urine sample as well.)

Yea that sux. We get cops coming up to us in the streets up here asking to search our cloths for drugs n shit just because were black. And their was this one time i was walking home late drunk one night and i got arrested.
the thing is i got this friend in Australia who says the cops down their are cool and dont arrest you for stupid shit like being drunk. WTF AMERICA??!?!?
