mini-brag: dual 204b's now running off of a 256 video card
mini-beat: want to have a diff. desktop background on each screen and cannot figure it out
mini-variance: holla holla holla I'm near 4k posts!

Hmm...Not sure if it's possible because, in essence, your two monitors are acting as one giant monitor...
That said, when you save a background it duplicates it on both monitors, so......I guess it's possible, but I'm not sure how to help you though. GL.

There's an app that lets you manage multiple screens:

I just found two 1600 x 1200 images that I wanted, and threw them into paint as 3200 x 1200.
It worked fine.
But now I have a trippy dual monitor abstract wallpaper thingy that my gf hates!

There's a much easier way if you're using XP. I don't know Vista at all so if you have that you're fucked.
If you have probs with that program or w/e I'll show you the way to do it in Windows.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

The "take two pics and splice em together" works great, unless you have two monitors running different resolutions
