my cousins were born 3 years apart on the same day, my girlfriend and her sister were born 3 years apart on the same day.
Its pretty common. Probably effects about 1/365th of all siblings ;] Actually probably more, given that parents are more likely to have sex on a given day -- for instance, new years, anniversary, etc..
