I might see it again today, I dunno.
It's a very 'big' movie, but on first viewing I felt like the pacing got a bit sloppy at a couple points. Still really good.

Good movie.
Bothered me that there was no 'RIP Heath' at the end, or 'This movie dedicated to the memory of our friend Heath' or SOMETHING. Weird.

They said 'In Memory of our friends Heath Ledge and some other guy"
It was mixed in with the credits, just in plain text.

I would, but I have a pretty atypical set of values. It depends on how much you believe in protecting children from violent content.

No. I was sitting next to a 13 or 14 year old kid (not mine) and he was visibly disturbed at some of the parts with the Joker.

Good movie, not nearly as good as everyone is saying it was though.
I mean I'd give it a 4 out of 5, but there have been a lot better movies (action and other) than this one.

Yea, except you'll have to realize that his love interest is now played by a different actress, threw me off for .5 seconds until they made sure to say her name 125 times in the first scene so that we all realized it.

wtf? Batman Begins was like the best superhero movie until this one. How did you not see it yet? And you don't really need to see it to get this movie. But it does introduce his allies and equipment. Plus the first villain in the Dark Knight might seem random.

All you need to know really:
1. Morgan Freeman basically helps him create all of his Batman gear
2. There was a pyscho psychiatrist who created a hallucinogen in aerosol form
3. The DA's assistant is childhood friend of Batman's and he lurrrrvs her
4. The police force is corrupt except for one good cop
5. Doods crizzib was destroyed by a fire
