Hey Guys,
This is a bit off point but I needed to vent a bit....For all who have a GF that is computer stupid (but likes using it, and thinks she knows how)...make sure to get this point accross..DO NOT DOWNLOAD STUPID SILLY GAMES,. Especially STUPID SILLY GAMES THAT ARE COMMING FROM A WEBSITE YOU DONT KNOW.....last night my gf was playing on my pc as she usually does, I have told her 100 times not to download ANYTHING without showing me first (as I do tech support for a PC based company) and I know how there are A** Holes who hide malicious programs in just about anythin.........SO of coarse she did not listen and downloaded a TROJEN virus that totally corrupted my hard drive......and everything else. I am now sitting with a completly useless PC (unless I want to put about ten hours of work into it, re formating, re installing OS..ect ect) and a nice size BR.....what to do?? Maybe I need a break anyways.....lol.......damn GF

lol......there is a subsitite for poker!! although we have been togeather for 6 years....usually only happens on Saturday nights..she made a special exception last night....she felt pretty bad.

Also, this is the hacker who made the virus. If I were you I would hunt her down like a broken mule and beat the living shit out of her.
As an aside, I wonder how many trojans have been directly responsible for unplanned pregnancy.

It wouldnt be so bad if I could at least get into the pc to try and fix it,(it would make me feel a bit better knowing I tried) ......but I cant.....it wont go past the f'ing boot screen where I see some wired shit I never seen before....talking about NOVEL NETWORKS V1.0 copyright 1994-1996.....I have only had the damn thing for 2 years.....1994?????????/WTF.... I tried a boot disk....nothing, I tried to switch hard drives.....nothing.....this bastard of a virus fried my motherboard!!. I told my GF SHE now needs to BUY me a new one....she said that was fine....but considering she stayes home with the kid all day...we all know who will actually be paying for it right.....wow..I lost that hand bad didnt I???????? Any thoughts on how I could have played it better???????......lol......FUCK!!!!

A virus can't fry your motherboard. It's a problem with the BIOS that you can't get in. Chill out.

Bet the turn, Bet the river!  No seriously man that sucks I lost a laptop to a virus once. I know NOTHING about computers, it is so frustrating that this thing that was working a minuite ago is now just sitting not turning on. I hit mine a bit then got a new one, it was pretty old anywy.
Also sex on a Sat night is very -EV thats when the fishes are out, couldnt you arrange Monday afternoon or something? :P

I think ANY sex after 6 years is +EV...doesnt matter when it happens....she totally hates poker too, since it gets most of my free time...so I am sure she is not as devistated as I am. Little does she know I ordered one today from DELL and it should be here on Moday....guess I am stuck spending quality time until then....whish me luck...
p.s. I have already planned Two live cash games between now and Monday to help with the withdraw.....lol

it can fubar the bios, its rare, but I have heard some nightmare stories about viruses that fuck your bios over and overclock other componentes frying them, I think its the rarrest of the rare, but it can happen  .

I would have to be a virus that targeted a specific make of bios (like award or ami). That is fairly unlikely. Well, like you said, rare.

well, what ever this damn virus did......it fucked my shit up bad.....as for the GF thing boost....I remember the good old days where we fucked like rabbits everyday..... Thats how the kid came along...once a woman squeezes one of those things out of there...everything changes......they use this as an excuse...and it all goes down hill from there. BJ's are a bit more frequent and I think thats what helps me get by. so...to recap...if you dont want to end up like me..1) Do not knock her up
2) Do not stay with her for 6 years
if you follow these rules you shuld be OK......lol
