So out of nowhere I got pretty sick last night. I wanted to sleep, I was tired, I could not sleep. I found a bottle of nyquil, I drank some. Before I could sleep my ex called, I still talk to her on occasion. The sizzurb had me in a strange mood, I answered. We talked for hours, I did not do much talking, Im not completely sure how I stayed concious.
By the time we said our goodbyes, I had felt as if I was no longer under the effects of that horribly tasting blue liquid. My room was now dark, I had long since turned the lights off. I did not have a spoon and therefore no way to properly dose more nyquil. I drank from the bottle, figured I drank the right amount give or take a spoonful. I was wrong.
I woke up with the bottle in my line of sight. The bottle was fresh last night, it was now relieved of a third of its original contents. While fully awake, I would say I was not fully concious. This did not stop me from 7 tabling some of the hold them of the unlimited variety. This was a short session, but a sweet session; this was my best session of the month. At some point I consumed something edible, possibly on multiple occassions throughout the day. However I cannot say for sure.
At some point I ended up in my bed with my television on. Apocolypse Now was just starting. I had thought at some point that the nyquil had worn off, this was not so. I watched the movie from start to finish. It is not a short movie. There was an entire scene with french people in it, mostly in french, without subtitles, that I had no memory of being in the movie before.
The movie is now over, somehow I managed to remain awake. This was a strange day.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Nyquil and other night time meds act like caffein to me - get me totally wired. I think on the back "inability to sleep" or some such is listed under the possible side effects.

Since their introduction, preparations containing the over-the-counter drug dextromethorphan have been used in a manner inconsistent with their labeling, often as a recreational drug or to induce intoxication (sometimes referred to as "robo-tripping").
