So what's the biggest, baddest, flashiest thing you've used your poker money on? Pics are encouraged.

I was going to say sushi, too. A couple of weeks before we graduated from college my roommate and I went to a sushi bar and spent a little under $100 apiece on lunch. Best meal I've ever had and it's not even CLOSE (and I eat at fancy restaurants fairly often). The name of the restaurant is Oishii in Chestnut Hill if anyone wants to try it someday, you won't regret it.

Food is really the only thing I spend a lot more money on, than I would if it weren't for poker. The rest of my money just gets shipped to my savings account. Not very baller.

Actually, not really the drugs (unfortunately?). I just used my winnings to build up a roll. Then at one point I withdrew it all to pay for the security deposit, brokers fee, and first & last months rent on a new apartment for myself and two friends (they're going to pay me back; and I know they're good for it).

I used to work in a salsa making factory where we made and bottled a bunch of the "Pain is Good" salsas.

For a whole $7 per hour.

Ahh, those were the days...

The ones we made were always in bottles that looked like alcohol should be in them, not hot sauce.

Like this...

and this...

We made a bunch of other salsas, too. We had an entire shelf in our fridge dedicated to nothing but salsa. Like I said, those were the days, lol.

P.S. After work my roommate and I (this was during college, during our conditioning season for baseball when we weren't practicing very much) had to put our clothes in garbage bags after work every night so our apartment didn't smell like a salsa factory. Gawd damn our clothes stunk.

traveling is certainly the coolest thing Ive bought with my poker winnings. Just got back from boston, def in the top 10 weekends of my life so far.

As far as material things, I just bought a ipod video. Also recently bought a smart parts ion paintball gun, and in the near future Im going to buy a remote control RC helicopter. Ive also purchased various other dorky and or gadgety things with poker winnings, no big ticket stuff yet though, couple hundred here couple hundred there..
