I don't play HC. ninja pro (silent footsteps) is incredibly important though. otherwise it's not so uncommon that someone with headphones or their surround sound system jacked up is going to hear and know exactly where you are based on your footsteps.
commando would probably be my second choice on these classes.
i think a lot also depends on who you are playing.. like in random online matches a case can be made for commando/steady aim/whatever, whereas in competitive matches everybody uses ninja pro virtually all the time.

My preferred class:
M4A1 - Silencer + grenade launcher
Thumper
Claymore/Stun
Bling Pro (obv)
Danger close pro
Ninja Pro
So much luhlz to just sit at the edge of the map after planting a claymore randomly then just nuking everyone from 3209583209 yards away then once ammo is out for nade launcher and thumper just sitting back and silence killing everyone. And obviously huge lol when your claymore goes off and +100 randomly appears on your screen.

SnD is fun as long as you're not the first one to die... Last time I played SnD, I forgot to change my killstreaks, but was still able to get my Pavelow in the air... gotta love going 15-1 in SnD!
My brother has been ranting to me forever about not playing Hardcore matches, so I finally did the other day... meh. Just a group of campers and noobtubers. And having no killcam sometimes is annoying. I'll just keep staying away...

I signed up for the month of May and haven't subscribed again after the month had ended.
Although the online gaming is way more fun on Xbox than Ps3, you have to pay for the xbox live as well as buy a $60-$80 wireless receiver for it if you don't want your modem connected directly into the back.
I'll stick with the free PS3 Live gaming thank you very much. Although, I wish I didn't buy that worthless piece of crap bluetooth for it...

I hear ya. Well, I would have expected my xbox live to run out by now. I must have either accidentally a full year subscription instead of the typical 3 month or something. Or maybe they fucked up, but I haven't heard anything in about 5 months, and see no charges from it on my bank statement. Or maybe they felt bad after I had to send the xbox back for the 3rd time for RROD in a year (wtf?).
And I bought the bluetooth a while back, and it sucked for where my xbox was located from the router (other side of house). At this new house, it does quite well a room or two away.

Anyone who has me on there Xbox friends list can delete me. My gamertag has been deleted.
After 10 prestiges, 31 days played, 10 lbs, and 2 broken controllers I had enough and got rid of the thing. Plus, according to my gf I'm too old to play video games and should grow up. I might falcon punch her when she gets off tonite.
