I can see her turning both ways.
Is there any way to determine if the gif just isn't changing after a set amount of time? Like, I always see her turning clockwise at first, and then after a little while it changes to counterclockwise. I guess I could time it but that might just be my brain being consistent.

Use a gif editor to open it up, you'll see that it definitely does not stop and chage. It's only 12 frames or something.

No its not a level lol. Idk try to unfocus ur eyes when you look at it i guess. I would look at her reflection/shadow/wutever for a bit look away then look at her planted foot. Notice which one is down, look away, look back at the shadow, repeat. It changes lol.

sometimes it helps to scroll the screen down and just watch the shadow, and give it a few dozen rotations and try to time bringing the screen back up so she is coming from the opposite direction...
If that makes sense. Like the part where her back would be to you in your imagination, try to scroll up as she's starting that rotation, since your mind likes to start with the front, as it passes by you'll think, oh it's her front,, and she'll be turning the other way.
