The latin phrase Carpe Diem means "live the day." Often used to inspire people to take more advantage of their lives and their time on earth. This phrase has always pissed me off, because it made me wonder:
What if you actually lived every day as if it really were your last?
Not some bullshit about how you'd climb that mountain you've always wanted to climb or how you'd smell some flowers: What would you ACTUALLY, HONESTLY DO? I have no idea what I'd do, but I think it'd be something like this:
-Get up in the morning and just pee on the floor, why use the toilet, the smell won't matter tommorow
-Cram all kinds of various foods in my mouth
-Throw my dishes around the house
-Drive like a maniac
The possibilities are endless. If you literally had only one day left to live, what would you do?
